If your Item is in stock it will ship within 1 business day of approved and cleared payment. Scooters will be shipped only to verified customers to avoid fraudulent orders. Orders are processed in order of receipt and approved payment.
Any other items will be shipped out within one working day. Usually orders placed before 8am UK time will be shipped out on a same day. We use Royal Mail 1st Class (24hr delivery) for domestic orders and Royal Mail International for shipping worldwide.
Please note that most of our orders are being handled by fulfilment providers. Some orders are subject to cancellation if the inventory levels did not sync correctly with other marketplaces. We aim to review our inventory levels every 24 hours.
We do offer international shipping for electric scooters and spare parts at an additional cost. Postage calculated at the checkout and depends on the item's dimensions and weight (price is anywhere between 4.00 to 14.50 GBP). Feel free to contact us for a custom quote if postage rate seems wrong.
Please note that international customers outside European Union are responsible to pay any duties and taxes (if there are any) in their country.
We only ship Monday through Friday. Any in-stock orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are final as of time of an order. All products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. In case of shipping damage, the customer should contact us immediately, so we can promptly file a damage claim with the carrier and expedite a replacement. By purchasing from our web site, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may have slight cosmetic differences.
Items Damaged During Transit
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 36 hours by email at email@example.com. If you do not contact us within this time period, your damage claim may be denied by the carrier. Customer assumes all responsibility for the damaged item before it is picked up by the corresponding carrier agents.
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from myBESTscooter.co.uk, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date for refund (to your original form of payment only). All shipping, handling, and insurance charges are additional and non-refundable. Normally, all returns for non-defective reasons (e.g. customer changed mind) are subject to a restocking fee up to 30%. This fee does not apply to defective product returned within the first 7 days. For all returns shipping must be prepaid and insured. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to myBESTscooter.co.uk are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, manuals and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
If you have placed an order, it has not yet shipped, and you wish to cancel, please forward your order confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org to request cancel. Since the cancellation process may take up to 24 hours, please note that any orders that do ship in the meantime will have to be rejected and/or returned to us. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to myBESTscooter.co.uk are the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, if received, the box should remain unopened. Once we receive the returned order, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. Shipping charge is not refundable. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
