Genuine Monorim suspension kit for Xiaomi M365, 1S, Essential, Pro and Pro 2 Electric Scooters.
Black/Red and White/Red options come with two springs. You must use blue spring if your weight exceeds 70kg (suitable up to 100 kg).
Black option has only one spring and can carry up to 120 kg.

Please note that packaging contents can vary (for newer suspensions, there's no washer for the front fender, use round black 'spongy' part instead). V3 suspensions coming late December (will include fender adapter).
Please note: 'Used/Refurbished' are mostly customer returns, which might show some cosmetic damage (see picture as a reference, your suspension may have less/more cosmetic marks). Suspension will come in original box with all bolts, however we do recommend that you check all the bolts and make sure they are properly tightened (do not overtighten the bolts though). Some units are missing instructions manual (QR code) and allen key tools. If that's the case with your order, please watch the Monorim clarification video HERE and make sure to order multi-set tool.

All orders placed before 9 am (GMT) will be shipped out on a same day. We do hold most of our spare parts in fulfilment warehouse with 1 PM cut off (GMT) so you might receive your parts faster than expected.

Free Royal Mail 24/48 or Hermes Delivery in the UK!
All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail 24/48 or Hermes service. For any higher value orders, we might chose to ship with UPS or Parcelforce.
Please note that any lower value orders will be shipped by recorded delivery only (no tracking) unless you upgrade to 'Signed For' option at the checkout.

If you change your mind while the order is still in progress, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include your order number in the subject.
We will be able to cancel your order only if it was not locked for shipping by our fulfilment warehouse. Please note that for most spare parts orders we use fulfilment providers and transactions cannot be cancelled due to fully automatic process.
If you change your mind and would like to return a product purchased from myBESTscooter, you may ask to do so within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund (to your original form of payment only). Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to start the return process, quoting your order number and the reason for returning.
Normally, all returns for non-defective reasons are subject to a restocking fee up to 30% (to cover the loss of value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you). Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with no missing contents.
For all 'changed mind' returns shipping must be prepaid and insured. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to myBESTscooter.co.uk are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is returned because of defective reasons.
